prayers in meetings

No IMHO it is not---most meetings I have gone to in 34 years, does not always end with Lords prayer and also I believe that secretary should say "For those that care to join us in the ending prayer"---many are agnostic andor atheists and can leave room and others of a denomination do not seem to have a problem with the lords prayer
