Hi everyone, My name is Elorac and i am a 48 yr old alcoholic woman. I had what I hope to be my last drink yesterday 7/2/2010. I went to A.A meetings about 10 years ago and stayed for about a year. My problem was that I couldn't accept I was an alcoholic because i dont drink or want a drink everyday. - I'm a binge drinker and because i dont crave alcohol day to day I have found it hard to accept that i am indeed an alcoholic. I had what i hope to be my last binge yesterday, I am sick of getting so drunk i cant stand up, having blackouts and behaving like a complete idiot. Having that first drink just takes me over and I have no willpower.

Besides being really happy that your here, I wanted to point out a few things... You have complete control of what happens and what messages you receive... please go to the settings and set your privacy settings. It's also a good idea to go into your settings and let us know what e-mails you wish to receive. If you don't your mail box might get a bit overwhelmed from all the new friends I hope you meet here.
I hope you explore and use this site and personally look forward to see you around. We are new to the Internet (only 2 months) so please tell your friends. We have 3 online AA meetings that I would like to share with you. Tuesday at 6:30 P.M. Thursdays at 6:00P.M. and Friday at 8:00 A.M. (that's PST) Also 2 Women Only meetings Monday at 6:00PM and Saturday at 8:00 AM PST.
We are new so please us the invite page to let all your friends know that they are welcomed here.
