When the wall hits you
The nightmare begins when you hear the word..Cancer Your mind goes
blank...then slowly all the things you THINK you know creep back in.
Death pain anguish turmoil money work kids spouse treatment...whirling
colors of confusion....then the wall hits....You have stage X cancer
treatable in this or that manner. You nod you smile if your able and you
listen. It takes time to digest all this.
