About Me:
I began to work on my sobriety after a 2 year renewed friendship with Crack cocaine. I had been drinking heavily since very young childhood and decided a long time ago I was a problem-ed drinker. However like many of Us I soon found that my life was no longer in my control and I was powerless to it. After losing my mother to cancer I dealt with my grief by using drugs. I went to rehab March 4th and began my fight with my disease. I knew that I had to quit everything but after 5 months and losing 3 parents in as many years I relapsed. I have been clean from since feb 26 from alcohol and my last relapse on cocain was in July after losing my father. I ave a 22 year old son and a husband of 16 years. I am currently moving away from SLC and a huge family to live in Montana where we know noone. This feels like a new beggining.
Music, Movies, T.V. and Hobbies:
Love to camp, fish, hike and boat. Love to read, write and learn. Enjoy movies but have trouble choosing favorites. Love Californication and weeds on showtime and NCIS, medium, criminal minds among other tv programs. I love most music Johny cash is one of my favorite.

Celebrated 3 years since my last drink this weekend. Unfortunately not my last use in general but one to be proud of non the less. Ironically I spent it at a bar for a friends surprise Birthday party. Thank God that today My Obsession does not limit my ability to to this. What a sad reminder why I no longer drink & that there are so many still suffering. Thank you God for another 24 hours. Continue
