I, myself am on chemo meds each week for various arthritises (mainly for psoriatic arthritis) & I have fibromyalgia. I was granted a miracle 2 years ago with the health improving out of sight when my husband & carer, left me! I could not sit in a car for 10 minutes without agony and now I can sit on an 1800cc motorbike for hours lol ! I also could not hang out my own washing even, and now I do all my house & yard work. Lost over 70lbs without trying - God really granted me a BIG miracle didnt he!! Everyone is amazed in the change in me & so am I. My ex doesnt like seeing me looking 10 years younger, fit & healthy (well as good as i can be) - i wonder why that is haha!! You are in my prayers and I believe that taking medication for a disability is understandable & does not affect your sobriety - my opinion anyway. If you take it because you need to, not because you want to, that is all that matters. I used to tell people that i take painkillers when the pain is unbearable not "in case i get it" and there lies the difference. To some people what i live with is a lot of pain to them, but to me, it is nothing compared to what i put up with for over 8 years. I am one grateful alcoholic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hugsz
Hi there my fellow peeps. Exercise is very important. Diet is very important. Supplements are very important. I work out 3 to 4 times a week on my BoFlex. That's after working all day in the Arizona sun.

I'm like a fanaticle health food nut these days. I keep getting worse and worse. I don't eat red meat. Rarely eat any kinds of processed foods. Don't eat anything with white flour, yeast, processed sugar, high fructose corn syrup, preservatives, stay away from night shade vegetables, don't drink coffee, or eat white rice or potatos hardly ever, and I shoot for all organic chicken, fish and vegetables, although I don't get to worried when I settle for less tyhere. The list goes on and on.

For supplements I take 12 in one soft gel multiples. They cover a great range in supplements in just two capsules a day. The greatest thing I do for myself though is take MaxGXL. MaxGXL is a glutathione excellerator that is absolutely the best you will ever find! There will be no knock off versions of it to be found because it is a patented formula. I have my own website that will tell you everything you would need to know about MaxGXL and many other great life aides. Most people do realize how important glutathione is. Doctors do but they never talk about it too much because there has never been a whole lot they could do about boosting it. That is no longer true.

If you are really interested in learnig some of the greatest health breakthroughs that are available to us the days go to my site www.shawn-g.com I would recomend checking out MaxGXL, and also checking out Dr MArk Hyman and the Ultra Metabalism life style. The book Ultra Simple Diet alone can change your life! Believe me, I speak from experience. I'm a hep C survivor, X-drunkard and drug addict, who use to live on nothing but drugs, alcohol, and poison foods. I 'll save my personal miracle testamonies for some other day :)

Thanks for letting me share. Remember, the absolute worst poison there is for us is alcohol! Don't go there!!!!Not only will you poison your body, but you will poison your spirit too! That also is another later story :) Love you guys! Take care now. I'll be seeing you all around later I hope.
THANKS FOR THE SHARE SHAWN! YOU ARE ONE HEALTHY GUY!!!
