Hi everyone. Its great to be part of this group.
I have been threatened by a member, to have legal action taken against me for putting the birthday list on blog even if i take hers off, she says i am "outing" everyone. Does that mean that none of us should be allowed to share our sobriety birthdays?
What is your opinion??
I am getting ready to commit to a program at church that is the 12 steps in a group called Celebrate Recovery. I have only heard great things about the steps related to the Bible ...I am really excited about the idea. I am 15 1/2 and have a deeper spiritual need and my church has really helped Thank Rea Coast Grace and Pastor Doyle ......
Popcorn, do not feel unwelcome here. We like so many others in recovery tend to feel that way at times, but God is always here. Feel free to share your struggles and story, which will help us to respond with more specific prayers. Feel free to e-mail me if you wish at ok4me2you@yahoo.com With the Blessings of the Lord, may your days become filled with peace. Virgil
Dear Lou,
My name is popcorn. I have a drinking problem and ,etc. I've been trying and trying to better myself and share with others, but No One Will get back to me- even A or V. Will you pray for me?!, for I am not doing well in my life overall, and I know that Christ wants me to please him. However, no one will let me in, and I'm about ready to give up after all these months. Please pray for me, as I somehow am a real outcast somehow in this site- at least that's how I feel. I have done Nothing wrong for this.
GodBless,
popcorn
