Where is everything ??????

I hit add button and this window popped up. Obviously I am lost on the pages as indicated by my "discussion title" I would like to find the Friday morning meeting chat. I was directed to look on the right side of the main page screen and click on meeting chat but I do not see Meeting chat anywhere in the list to click on just the different groups. I clicked on the different groups but none of those are meetings so I am missing something on how this works Thanks Mrs. T
