Recovery in jeopardy

I am going through a rough time. I am facing eviction. I am feeling discouraged, hurt, and disappointment. I am in another county where I know nobody let alone where any meetings are. I feel like I'm heading down a path of distruction. Need help.

Take action and pick up the phone. check out the meetings listed and hit some. There are people around you if yo8u reach out and tell them where you are.
I am tryong to post a google search link on this but cant get it to show but just type AA port Richey Fl in a search engine and you will find plenty of phone mumbers and metings listed

Thank you. I just googled a list but have no way to get there due to transportation. I am trying to find something close to where I am in hopes of walking there.

i would emagine you could find a meeting by newspaper or by calling the phone company and asking them where you could find an aa meeting or ask them for the number of someone to contact

Identifying:  I am isolated in house w sis and 91 alzh mother.  I care for her.  No peace. Sis won't allow company.  I just moved in, have no place else to live yet. Not good time to move out for persoanl reasons.  I joined this site today to reach out discretely.

if you have a computer you can go to meetings on line,or you can call the central office to have someone drive you back and forth to meetings.or if you have transportation you can call the central office and find a meeting close to you

it says go to any length in the big book sometimes that what we have to do

Are there other AA/12-step chat sites that you like?  I wonder if people are real or sincere because we can't see them.

I found a real AA meeting online.  The meeting times won't work for me.  I emailed to ask for a daily reading sponsor.  I need to TALK to someone in addition to emailing.
